Impeller types
Open impeller
(CTI, CTH, CTS, CTV)
CT series pumps from Tapflo are available with all major
types of rotors: closed, semi-open and open.

Closed impeller
Designed for clean liquids, without impurities.
Has high efficiency.

Semi-open impeller
Liquids with slight impurities or non-aggressive
wastewater. Efficiency almost as good as closed
impeller.
Open impeller
Possibility of pumping liquids with solid particles
without adversely affecting pump operation.
